Each Summer, Nado Select players participate in a competitive soccer camp in preparation for the Presidio Season. Soccer technique is heavily emphasized as well as team tactics. Camp curriculum covers all aspects of soccer, specifically:

Dribbling and Fakes
Passing
Possession
Shooting
Set Plays

Camp is part of the Nado Select curriculum and is already included in the tuition. Non-Nado Select competitive players can attend this camp—total is $145. Coronado Youth Soccer League offers many soccer camps and clinics through out the year to support its players. Please check back regularly for updated camp and clinic dates.

FREE Friday Soccer Clinics

FREE Friday U8 to U13 Soccer Clinics are held from April to June at the Cays from 4-5:30pm. Players must wear appropriate soccer attire (shinguards are mandatory) and bring water.

CYSL Summer Camps are directed by Director of Coaching, Manny Neves, and the CYSL Coaching Staff. Players are taught technical aspects of the game in a fun, safe environment. This year the following camp activities have been included in the curriculum:

Camps are for all skill levels, ages 5-12 and will be held at the Cays. Registration is now available!

Camp Info

Ages 5 to 12
10am – 1pm
$145 – 4 day sessions (1, 2, and 5)
$105 – 3 day sessions (3 and 4)
$10 off for early registration (May 14th)
Player should wear soccer attire (shinguards mandatory) as well as bring water, lunch, and snacks.

Session 2 – June 20 to 24
Session 3 – June 27 to 29
Session 4 – July 25 to 27
Session 5 – August 15 to 19

Referee Program

CYSL provides local youth (over the age of 9) and adults an opportunity to participate as paid referees for both competitive and recreational games. Referee licensing clinics are offered each year in Coronado as well as other areas in San Diego.

For players who may have difficulty paying their soccer fees this season, this is a great way to earn money. Once a player/parent is certified, if they owe fees to the club, each time they ref, their earnings will go directly toward their fees. If they do not owe money to the club, they will receive the money they earn. If you have questions or are interested in referee classes, you can contact CYSL Ref Coordinator at referees@nadosoccer.com.
