As pre-season training has begun, some teams have already participated in competitions resulting in great success. Highlights below are just the beginning to successes to come in the 2011 season.

• BU15 made it to finals of Charity Cup. The team played well considering inconsistency in training due to vacation schedules. They didn’t concede any goals in bracket play. Unfortunately, injuries and fitness were the difference in the final match, resulting in a loss(see results). The team looks very promising and undoubtedly with consistent training, the team will have great success throughout summer tournament play and the Presidio season.
• BU12 won their division at the San Diego Indoor Soccer Center on June 22nd. The team was undefeated with 7 wins and 1 tie (see results). The following players made the list of top goal scorers: Sergio Valezquez (14 goals), Joseph Daluz (11 goals), and Ian Hulburt (9 goals).
• GU9 played in the Memorial Super Cup with having had only one practice. The team ended up placing 2nd in the tournament, providing a glimpse of what’s to come for the upcoming season (see results).
